We want every order to reach you in perfect condition.
Food products
Because our products are food, we cannot take back items that have been opened or used.
If something is wrong
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, message us on WhatsApp at 0314-9593396 as soon as you receive it, with a photo of the item and the packaging. We will put it right with a replacement or a refund.
Cancelling an order
Orders are made fresh, so please message us early if you need to change or cancel. If your order has not been packed yet, we will happily change or cancel it.
